Peak Evolution were awarded the contract to fully refurbish a well established bakery in Nottinghamshire. We worked within a short timescale to allow minimal closure, stripping out the exsting store back to bare brick and installing a completely new bespoke bakery. Co-ordinating the full works package involving client nominated suppliers we were able to deliver a seamless transformation.
